Transforming an empty ground floor tenancy into a remarkable space with a high-end fitout

FPL was actively engaged from the initial concept stage and successfully managed this entire project, from obtaining the building consent to overseeing the construction phase.

One of the main challenges was navigating the existing three floor heights, which we ultimately used to our advantage by highlighting the exceptional high-end fitout created. The result is a magnificent space that perfectly accommodates their staff and provides an ideal setting for their auctions.
